Completed! :D

Morning guysss!

Sorry I miss an entry yesterday I was dead from all craziness of life hehe :) anyways my diet finally ended! I loose a net of 4.2 kgs down to 58.8 kg... well is not as low as I want it to be yet but well.. I guess I still got many more diet to try to reach 52 kg... :) I hope I can otherwise Marie France here I come :P hahaa

Anyways on Saturday morning after breakfast. ( I had a cup of coffee and a slice of toast) I went to this wholesale center.. it was packed with stuff and also food! Omg! during lunch time while my friend is eating nasi padang, I took out my lunch box consisting 2 hard boiled eggs and 6 mini carrots! everyone was staring at me! haha is such an embarrassed but well I suffered for 12 days so I have to finish my diet! anyways reward comes latter! I wore a size smaller now or 2 haha I don't know exactly actually because China products often has irregular cutting! My friend told me I look a lot thinner! yayy I am soo happy! But well I still have issues with my thigh! I have no idea how to make them any smaller! :(

For dinner I have a little less than half of boiled chicken, because I was rushing to go to a reunion! Well since is a reunion is kind of weird if I just seat there and not eat.. so I ordered salad haha hence I cut my dinner into 2 parts! For salad I have it with balsamic vinegar and some lemon.. I lift out the nuts and corn so I am stick to my diet! and of course come people at the reunion was amazed on how much weight I lost! haha I even share the menu with some of my friends! :) so yay people is worth it ;)

I am going back to work for now, but I will try to write a final review of the diet within this week! :) Lets hope I maintained my weight and loose more! oh ya for now I am replacing 2 meals with special K cereal and low fat milk! :)

92.30% towards completion!

Hi guys!

I m so excited! Today is my last day of diet! Tadaaa i m 59.2 on the scale with clothes today! I m quite happy not estatic but well.. Is not bad to loose 4 kg in 12 days..well not as much as expected but is not bad at all .. This diet like i said has given me more than weight loss, it thought me a lot of discipline and self control.

For breakfast i have 6 baby carrots with a squeeze of lemon at 730. I had steam salmon with ginger and spring onion for lunch.. This time i didn't have boiled fish because last week i was feeling pretty sick after eating the boiled cod fish. I stick to eating my boiled fish despite the fact that i was at a friend's house they were having potato wages n fries with truffle oil and mayo! Haha really i would have finish the whole plate before e diet! :) the fish was quite filling.. It kept me full till my late dinner at 730. For dinner i had steak with celery n butter. I replace my roast beef with steak because i am too lazy to make my own roast beef and the one i bought last week does contain lots of salt :(

Today has been quite a busy day that's y i wrote my blog so late... Anyways i am off to bed.. I will blog about my final day in a few hours! Yaaayyyyy

Morning guyss!

I am finally done with day 11 ! Jeez 2 more days to gooo jiayou! I loose another 0.2 kg today ... huhu slow but hopefully will reach 58.5 by sunday morning! huhu I don't know how much daddy loose today because he is in Singapore... and I am sure he is eating Junk... :( Besides the crazy mood swings and Pocky cravings.... I have no complain about this diet! :) well maybe the embarrassing stomach growling sometimes :)

I had my breakfast on the car yesterday because I had to send daddy to the airport, breakfast is pretty decent a cup of coffee and a slice of wheat bread. I prepared my own lunch consisting of 200 ml of juice and 2 cups of yogurt. For the juice I mix orange, kiwi and lemon. Its a pretty good combination! I love it! I had an early lunch at 1130 because I need to go for a meeting, so by 4 I was soo hungry luckily I was busy traveling on the road, so I don't really have time to think about food :) Actually this diet taught me how to resist temptation... like really haha I went to a good friend house at 5.. I was really hungry like growling but I know I had to wait till 6 at least to eat my dinner otherwise I will not last the night. Well this good friend of mine is pretty much like me, we love junks.. the only diff is she is skinny while I am not :( anyways when I arrive I saw peanuts, crackers and cherry.. well I did cheat I took a cherry hehe but well that night was suppose to be fruit night. For dinner I have 250 grams of kiwi ( plus a cheery hehe) + 6 little carrots and a hard boiled egg. The dinner is pretty filling for me, well is enough for me to resist a piece of kue lapis offered to me at 2000 ! :D Ohhh well.... My friend is totally amazed on how well I have resist temptation during this diet! :D

Morning guyss!

Today I weigh myself I think I loose only 0.2 kg frm yesterday.. huhu the process is going sooo sloww :( and I am left with 3 more days :'( sooo sad! I am already planning for my next diet.. because I didn't hit my target weight of at least 55.. Anyways daddy didn't loose again but then again he already loose 8 kg so far! Daddy is gone to Singapore today so I will be dieting by myself.. is kind of sad but I hope I can stick by it for the next 3 days!

Yesterday was also quite a tiring day.. I couldn't focus and spend my time searching for muffin recipe hahaaha its crazy! I hope I don't go crazy on Sunday! I already plan swimming and starting my special K Challenge diet haha. I decide to continue writing the blog, but maybe not on daily basis like this one because special K basically just ask you to replace 2 meals with the bowl of cereal and when you are hungry eat fruits! 

I wouldn't say this diet is a failure though, my friends saw me yesterday and they say I looked like I loose a lot of weight maybe because whenever I loose weight it goes to the upper part of my body especially my face! I should be thankful because I look thin in pictures only in pictures on when I m seating down haha otherwise I will look like Deasy, Donald Duck's Girlfriend, due to my super big ass and thigh.:( On my way to work I saw a very big Marie France 50% sale poster, I am soo tempted to try them to loose some inches on my thigh huhu but lets see..

I had breakfast as the usual 0730.  I have a slice of bread and a cup of coffee. For lunch I have a slice of ham, 2 hard boiled eggs and some lettuce. Its quite filling because I eat lots of lettuce. :) For Dinner I have 1 hard boiled egg, 3 cherry tomatoes ( I am suppose to have 1 large tomato which is usually equal to 5 little ones but I ran out yesterday) and half dragon fruit and half kiwi. Actually I am suppose to eat a fruit for that night so I guess half and half is equal to one right? hahaha It was a fulfilling meal, satisfy my cravings for sweet stuff. After dinner I went out to have dinner with friends.. well they have dinner while I had 2 bottles of mineral waters. I saw them eating Korean tofu soup and rice, I didn't have any urge to nibble.. is weird normally I am a greedy pig, but I think if someone were to eat Pocky I would definitely crave for them even more! 

Anyways I am off to work! 3 more days to go! jiayoooouuuuu!

Morning all!

Thank God is day 9! I am surviving... well barely.. i was woken up by a Pejoy dream at midnight.. Greentea Pejoy actually :p Anyway I finally fall below 60 kg with clothes.. 59.9 kg with clothes haha so maybe 59.5 haha I m soo happpyyy! I have never fall below 60 for at least the last 10 years and maybe more! :D Daddy has lost a total of 8 kg! OMG! I wonder how unhealthy he is before this diet haha I lost 3.5 kg altogether since the beginning :P

2nd week is harder than the first because you have crazy cravings for things like dark chocolate, pocky, peanuts and even cereal hahaha but well it abit too late to give up now so I m going to continue till this Saturday so wish me luck people! Oh ya ! I was also actually feeling a little weaker than last week.. I could not wake up for gym this morning... I was soo dead yesterday but I manage to go to work and function so is not so bad! :)

I had breakfast at the usual 0730, a cup of supaaa good kopi luwak and a teaspoon of sugar! It smells soo good! :)  For lunch I have 250 grams of ham, this time I have 2 slice of turkey ham and 2 slice of smoke pork ham.. I would do turkey next time is more filling maybe because it has some texture on the meat :) In addition to the ham , I have 2 little cups of natural fat free yogurt! haha I have 2 cup this weeks because is fat free and the cup is a little small that my first cheat of the day.. well is not really cheating haha because the menu didn't mention the volume of the yogurt! :D For dinner I has the same cut steak as Monday but this time I cut down the cooking time to 4 minutes on 1 side and 2 minutes on the other plus 3 minutes in the oven. I forget to mention yesterday when u put u grill on the oven remember to cover them with aluminum foil so the juice didn't evaporate while on the grill :) I had that steak with lettuce, some lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar! :)

Ok guys I am going back to work! Can't wait till Sunday!

61.54% towards Completion!

Morning all!

Daddy loose 7 kg altogether!! OMG!! While I didn't loose any more! hiks its kind of demoralizing but well I m just going to finish this diet till day 13 and hoping I'll loose some weight.. is soo hard to go below 60 *finger crossed* I don't know if I should blame it on my digestive system.. because I am unable to poop :( Next week I am going for colonoscopy to ensure nothing is wrong with my digestive system because I am getting worried!

Yesterday I woke up early so I decided to go to the gym :) I did 20 minutes cross trainer, 150 crunches and 10 minutes of biking.. well I turn rather pale and wasn't sweating so I decided to stop at the cross trainer hehe.. when I went home I told daddy that I didn't sweat and he touch my head and I was sweating cold sweat haha lucky I didn't faint at the gym otherwise it will be an embarrassment! *phew*

My breakfast starts a little later yesterday at 0800. I had a cup of coffee with a teaspoon of sugar. Its soo good to have my caffeine back! For lunch I had a little less than 400 grams spinach, 5 cherry tomatoes and 2 eggs. This time I use organic green spinach it wasn't as bad as the red ones next week and I think I dun mind eating it on normal days :) Dinner was awesome! On Saturday we bought 5 piece of wahgyu grade 4-5 , each at 200 grams! It taste sooo goood! I marinate the beef with rosemary and black pepper, put them on the grill with olive oil for 5 minutes the turn them over for another 3 minutes, then off to 350 degrees oven for 5 minutes! Ta-daaa daddy told me is a perfect medium well steak but it will be better with salt :P I also had lettuce with olive oil + balsamic vinegar, some garlic and a squeeze of lemon...hahaha anyways you guys should try.... I think with normal beef you should do more cooking time..if you want a medium well steak like ours! :)

I am sad but I am feeling quite depressed! But I am motivating myself to stick on the diet! soo jiayouuuu pray that I drop below 59.8 soon!

53.85% towards Completion!

Morning all!

I am sad!! in spite of fasting yesterday I didn't loose any weight.. maybe because I could not poop since the beginning of this diet.. I try to keep off laxative and see how it goes.. daddy loose another kg.. so total 5.5 kg!! I m soo jealousss!

Turnout yesterday wasnt as bad as I expected.. I survive not eating till 1745 haha of cause I have early dinner otherwise I would die! I kept my self real busy yesterday... I really try to wake up later by sleeping at 0200 but I cant I still wake up at 8.. so I was pretty much zombie haha so at 0900, I drank my tea, ( English breakfast! I think that e only tea that can sustain me) then went out with my dad to the market at 0930... daddy is totally not helping..while we were strolling he kept pointing at bbq duck, chasiew pork, hokkian mie and basically he wants to freeze all those food for next week! hahaha unbelievable.. hahaaha but YES! the 2 of us survive the temptation.. oh ya we also bought coffee luwak! It smells sooo good! I am going to try to brew them tomorrow :D

Let's see.. for lunch we had NOTHING!! haha to sustain hunger, we went to the mall and look around.. then we finally went to the supermarket again to get some food for this week! Suddenly everything in supermarket looks soo good! After supermarket we went back home but decided to go for some foot reflexology after that, because we figured out if we stayed home daddy will start snacking! haha is so funny whenever daddy tries to cheat on this diet he won't do it in front of me, he will do it in front of mom! then mom will be my spy haha :P Anyways we spend 1.5 hours getting our foot massage :) yes I feel good but in embarrassment because my tummy  kept growling like crazy! hahaha

By the time we are back from our food massage its 1700, I was browsing in the internet for some lamb chop recipe. I found a couple but modified them cutting salt and honey. I marinate my lamb chop in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, rosemary and crush garlic. I then leave it in the fridge for 50 minutes. Then while watching TV hunger strikes at 1745, so we decided to have the apple first. I ask my maid to cut 3 apples so each of us will have 1.5 of apples! :) well the menu didn't say how many apple we can eat :) After I m done with my apple, I grill my lamb chop 4 minutes on each side on high heat. Geeezzz the lamb taste so good haha maybe because we were hungry, but there isn't too much meat because the bone is pretty big, but its sustainable for the rest of the night! haha We went to 7 o'clock mass after that.. Thank God our stomach didn't start making weird noises in church! :D 

In conclusion, I have passed the hardest day of the 13.. I still got 6 more days to go and lots of weight to loose so let's hope I make it! Jiaaayouuu!

Hi all!

Times does fly! I m almost half way the diet... Not reaching my target but well i m finally 59.8 hahaha daddy said he looae enough weight but decided to support me and accompany me for the diet! My daddy is the best! A little comment frm my maid, she said that i have loose weight can be seen when i was wearing my gym clothes :p and the weirdest part is this : " tuan jg udah kurusan.. Perutnya kecilan!" translated : " master has also loose weight.. His tummy is smaller!" haha when i told my dad he said how come my maid is checking him out hahaha

Anyways miraculously i went to the gym yesterday after breakfast! I did 20 minutes of cross trainer, 150 crunches, 5 minutes stretching and 10 minutes of leg exercise! I m soo proud of myself! After gym of course I am dead so i went for some hair treatment and menipedi, the treatment took so long so I can only have my lunch at 1330... I was so hungry!

Breakfast starts at 8 yesterday... I had a glass of coffee with sugar and a slice of whole wheat bread :)It was quite filling and gave me enough energy for the gym. :) by 1330 i was starving by the time i got home i rushed to eat my lunch 2 boiled eggs and 6 little carrots, it doesn't filled me enough but i survived till dinner! I went out with daddy to get some meat from the butcher for next week menu :)Dinner starts at 7, i cooked 2 chicken breast ( we skipped the thigh trying to be healthy, it was suppose to be half chicken) i put some rosemary and black pepper and a little bit of olive oil on e grill. I ate that with lettuce with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.. It was a big meal it keeps me filled until the end of my Harry Potter movie ends at about 11!

Yesterday was a good day, but today is a bit hard so lets hope i survived!

Good afternoon people!

Yaaayy I survived 5 days of diet! Hmm today I weight myself 60.5 wearing clothes so lets assume my clothes is 0.50 maybe I loose 0.5 kg :D quite happy but I m hoping to loose a lot more! Daddy loose about 0.5 too! haha

Yesterday was hard.. Tummy was growling at 3! And OMG boiled fish taste so bad :'( daddy say that's worst way u can ever cook a fish haha and he was feeling sick after lunch ... for me I still have e fish smell in my mouth all day long omg.. Boiled fish is actually worst than 400 grams of spinach haha

I start my breakfast at 730 as usual.. But this time is just a piece of boiled carrot with a dash of lemon and trust me it sucks big time :( I would recommend u replace them 6 little raw carrots..... they taste so much sweater n crunchier :) I miss my morning coffee.... yesterday I was sleepy all day I think that's due to the lack of caffeine..

I had lunch at 1145 man.. I was soo hungry the carrot is not sustainable till lunch haha anyways I had boiled cod fish .. Like I mention above it taste soo bad :( I already put lots of lemon but the smell is still there omg... I feel sick, but my daddy feel even sicker, he kept burping while complaining that if he has to eat this kind of fish he don't know why he has to work so hard and collect all those money! Yes! that's how bad it is! :p hahaha I m thinking of grilling my fish next week :p

My dinner starts at 615 because I had to go to class. I had 200 grams roast beef with butter together with some garlic plus 2 celery sticks. Hmm I m trading my roast beef with grill steak next week because I think my roast beef is a bit hard to eat maybe because I bought the pre-cooked ones in supermarket instead of making one myself. The food is quite filling it keeps me full till my class ends at night!

Overall is a pretty good day yesterday apart from e whole fish drama .. Really guys definitely should have grill that fish next week haha.

Anyways I am off shopping for next week! Jiayouuuuu! 7 days to go! :D

Morning guys !

Yesterday was an even harder day .. and what makes it harder is the fact that I might not loose any weight today :( Actually this morning I receive a shock when I first step on e weighing scale because instead of going down I went up my 0.5, then i tried again but it stays the same as yesterday, then I try it a third time and I loose 0.5! Omg! So I am getting myself a new weighing machine... since I am so lost now but pants do feel a little looser so I hope I loose more weight.. yup I m unable to poop too yesterday :(

Yesterday I was soo hungry all day because the lunch is just juice and yogurt and dinner is not any better.. For breakfast I had a cup of coffee and a slice or toast... by 10 I was hungry but I was holding on till 1215 for my super liquid lunch.. consisting of a yogurt and 200 ml of juice ( for the juice I mixed dragon fruit, apple and lime juice) Its not even close to filling up my tummy so I decided to go to an exhibition so I will take my mind off food.. and of course off my growling tummy! :)by 330 I was sooo hungry but I kept on walking.. so when I get home at 1915, I have dinner right away.. it was a light dinner unfortunately... I had 1 hard boiled egg, 1 carrot ( I change it to 6 little ones) plus 250 grams of fruits ( I did 3 slices of papaya and a slice of an apple) After I finish my meal then I realized I forget to take picture :( Sorry guys...

Apology for the super short post, today I am just just not in the mood to write anything.. I think this diet is  affecting my mood seriously! oh ya I forget to mention yesterday, on Tuesday my dog was soo annoying so I bit her yesterday hahaa I usually just scream at her when she annoys me but for some reason I bit her on tuesday maybe I was too hungry and mistook her for a giant hotdog haha.. well I m sure she'll forgive me! :)

Ok guys I am back to work and can't wait for some fish for lunch!

Morning all !

Yesterday was a not a good day :( and stepping on up on the scale is not any better, after all those hunger I only loose 0.2 kg :'( so currently I am 60.8 kg .... Daddy still manage to loose 1 kg even though he manage to eat 5 pieces of peanuts and additional apple for dinner.. life is simply not fair! Anyways I still got 10 more days to go! jiaayouuu!

For some reason yesterday I was pretty hungry all day.. Its weird because I had an additional toast to the usual coffee in the past 2 days! I was hungry starting 1000 then after lunch I was hungry also so I had an early dinner. Yesterday was pretty bad, cause I was feeling hungry and pretty restless and my tummy was growling like crazy. :( hmm I also have trouble sleeping, I am not sure is it because I m too hungry or because there is this annoying mosquito buzzing next to my ear! Okie I think I should have enough complain, should move on to more positive things out of life! :D

Last night I finally attend my tax class after skipping it for a week, of cause I have to lie that I m sick.. well is semi lying because last week I was actually really sick hehe. Anyways there is this man who ask me where have I been so I said I have stomach upset and he replied that I looked alot skinner and does look sick! haha I think is the make up, I couldn't be bother  to put any make up yesterday! haha but regardsless about the looking sick part but the fact that I look skinnier, I am happy! :D

Breakfast starts the usual 0730, I made my usual 2 shots espresso and yayyy I got a piece of whole wheat bread! I took 10 minutes to finish that slice of bread, is like a pure luxury to be eating a piece of carbohydrate! I packed 2 boxes of lunch for me and daddy.

Like I mention above my tummy was growling already at 1000 so I had lunch at 1145, lunch is pretty decent today. We had a slide of ham, 2 eggs and lots of lettuce so I was filled by the end of lunch! Daddy however is still hungry! hehe

Traffic was hell today, it took me a long time to get home and I was so hungry by 1700, so the crazy traffic really boils my blood! ( I like to blame it on the diet for being emotionally unstable haha) Anyways I got home and boil some water and when the water start bubbling I added the celery stick for about a minute or so then I got myself a bowl of ice cubes and put my boiled celery in, this is to prevent the celery from further cooking otherwise celery become too soft. (ensure you don't boil your celery too long because it will loose the "crunch") I peeled an apple and cut it into 8 pieces together with 2 little tomatoes. Here is the trick to eating your dinner on day 3! Take a bite of the apple then have the celery then have another bite of the apple, you sort of alternate between you celery, apple and tomatoes otherwise eating boiled celery can be such a painful experience.



I am back to work! I will be praying that I loose another kg or so tomorrow!

15.38% towards Completion

Morning all!

Stepping on the weighing scale this morning is an emotional moment for me today! I am down another kg to 61!!! I could not even remember when was the last time I was 61. My lowest weight was 61.5 kg that lasted for 2 days because I was so stressed that I didn't sleep for 2 nights!Anyways I am praying that I loose 1 kg a day so by the end of the diet I'll be 50 kg haha but well... I will be more than happy if I managed to reach 55! :) 11 more days to go ! Jiaaayouuu!

Loosing a kg a day for the last 2 days is definitely a motivation driver for me, well daddy loose another 0.5 kg after breaking the diet by drinking skimmed milk with coffee, but well he is terrified that he loose 3 kg the day before. Daddy showed me how much his tummy has "shrink" He told me he is only able to put in 2 fingers into his pants before the diet but today he his able to put in 2 hands! Amazing huh! Daddy is 60 this year and he is still full energy even when dieting he still manage to play 9 holes of golf!

Yesterday was actually quite an easy day, both lunch and dinner is full of meat! I think this diet is a miracle I am not sure how 250 grams of ham an 200 grams of steak can still make me loose 1 kg today :) The only complain I have is I am not able to "poop" so I took laxative last nite and I did poop today but then again I always have constipation, daddy is doing just fine... well he says a lot less come out "poops" in these 2 days than usual haha let's hope everything is absorb by the body! Oh ya guys I have to remind you to drink lots and lots of water I have no idea why am I soo thirsy I think I drank about 3 liters of water each day for the last 2 days, I recommend that guys drink at least 2 liters, get some sort of measuring containers to ensure you know how much water you drink.

Breakfast as usual starts at 730, today I made 2 shots of coffee with the espresso machine with teaspoon of sugar. Yes I needed 2 shots otherwise I can't open my eyes haha. I packed the usual lunch box for me and daddy.

I start lunch at 1210 yesterday because I was trying to convince people in my office to go on diet with me. Almost every woman in my office is a little to the chubby side for the simplest reason they have all sort of snacks on the table, so they munch non-stop! They say they'll try to start the diet next week by controlling their intake for the fasting month. haha I highly doubt it though.. the last time they saw how much spinach I was eating they almost faint but well God bless them! Back to my lunch, I had 250 grams of ham ( half honey baked ham and half smoked ham) then a cup of plain yoghurt! It was a good lunch, daddy says if this is what we eat everyday he says he doesn't mind going on diet everyday! :D

I reach home a little early yesterday, so I start cooking my beef at 1830. I had rib-eye steak with lemon and black pepper for dinner cook the usual 3 minutes on each side and 350 degrees oven for 10 minutes. The cut for this steak is a little thin so it was over cook by 10 minutes. I still prefer the tenderloin that I had on Monday. I had steak and romaine lettuce with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Yes today not too barbaric so I manage to take a full picture!


Breakfast : 2 shots of coffee with a teaspoon of sugar
Lunch : 250 grams of ham ( half honey baked ham & half smoke ham) + 1 cup of natural plain yoghurt.





Dinner : 200 grams of Rib-eye steak with lemon and black pepper + lettuce with balsamic vinegar and olive oil

7.69% towards Completion

Morning all! 

Phew! I survive the first day of diet! Honestly it wasn't that bad and things actually gets easier when you are not doing it by yourself, this time I am doing it with daddy and of cause I have a bunch of supportive friends who motivate me to stay on this diet... but then again is only day ONE! 12 more days to go! Jiayouuu! 

Today I weight 62 kg, that's 1 Kg down from yesterday, without pooping (opps hehe) so I quite please with the result and hoping to loose more tomorrow and even more for days to come!  Daddy lose an amazing 3 kg! Now he is terrified that he becomes too skinny that people might think that business is bad because he'll look too skinny! haha

My day yesterday like I said was not too bad the meals kept me filled sufficiently. Well.. I did feel as if part of my brain functioning a little slower than normal and I become a little emotionally unstable ( well Jakarta is not exactly a very friendly city when you are on diet because the traffic jam just literary boiled your blood haha) but regardless its still manageable and trust me eating those 400 grams of spinach keep me stuffed me that I become so sick, up to a point even if you were to offer a box of pocky I would not be tempted to eat them. 

Breakfast started at 0730 and I packed 2 lunch boxes for daddy and me, after which daddy makes me a cup of coffee while teaching me how to use the espresso machine. I pour my coffee into the tumbler so I can slowly sip the coffee hoping that it fills me up and Thank God it does! 

By 1145 I am pretty hungry so I had an early lunch. Lunch consist of 2 little tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs and 400 grams of boiled spinach! (YES 400 grams thats 100 grams less than half a kilo of SPINACH) I am not usually a big fan of egg york but this time I have to eat them to add some taste to the spinach and trust me those tomatoes helps like a lot! Eating that spinach was a chore I felt like I ate so much but there is still plenty left on my plate but I managed to finish all the spinach in the end I felt so sick after that up to a point of almost puking :( half way towards my spinachiieee lunch, daddy text me : " Bayamnya kebanyakan engga tuh, kok dimakan engga habis2, mungkin utk 2 kali ya" translated : " Are you sure there isn't too much spinach, I kept eating but its still not finished. Maybe it is meant for 2 meals" haha I replied him that that is the right amount of spinach hahaha my dad is such a funny guy. Daddy couldn't finish the spinach he had 2 tablespoon of left over spinach for dinner.

After the crazy traffic, I finally reached home at 1830. I start by cooking my steak! Already drooling for the meat fiesta! I put 4 pieces of tenderloin steak amounting to about 400 grams ( for 2 person) with some black pepper and lemon juice ( lemon is a replacement of salt) I put then on the stove 3 minutes on each side then transfer them to the 350 degrees oven  for 18 minutes. While waiting for the steak to cook, I clean and chopped my romaine lettuce just one little bundle and drizzle them with 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. I was meat crazy when I saw them, so I dip my knife into those juice steak and when I am almost 3/4 finished I realized I haven't take a picture of the steak! Opps! Sorry guys for the ugly picture :)

The 13 Days Metabolism Diet

Today marks the start of my 13 days Metabolism diet, some people call it Danish Diet or the hospital diet. 
I found the menu for this diet in www.healthdefine.com. Before deciding on this menu I have Googled and research on various websites to choose the one easiest for me. Well.. I couldn't find anything easy but this is the easiest among the lot.

Two weeks ago I decided that July 25th will be a good time to start my diet. I choose this date for various reasons : 
  • Wedding seasons is just over ( Thank God! ) and it will resume only in September.
  • Its 1 month 2 days before I turn 28 officially leaving the mid 20s entering the late 20s... super sad! 
  • Fasting month will start in 1 week, so there will be less temptation for people like me who lives in the country with over 99% of the population being Muslim.
Those are my top 3 reasons but my wake up call was a picture that I look last nite on my blackberry for a friend's wedding! I will post it as a before and after picture at the end of the diet if I m successful, omg I have to keep a positive attitude that I will be successful!  

My good friend suggest that I should  write a blog on my 13 days journeys so this is just what I am going to do. Well this is a good thing.. so I hope each time i wanna eat any form of junk I will re-read these posting and look at the picture I took yesterday to stop myself from reaching out to that Junk.

Currently I am standing at 165 cm. This morning I weigh 63 kg, so technically my BMI is 23.1. Its consider normal but living in a society where being slim or sometimes a point of being skinny is a necessity, so I decided to live to that! I hope after 7 of August I won't have to go for anymore diet until after I give birth! ( I don't know when though hahaha)

Goodbye to Peach Bellini, Lychee Martini, Pocky, Chocolate, bubble tea, kacang Bali, Pork knuckles and gorengan... I will see you all  after 7 August!
